We collect information when you register your interest via the website or via email, such as your name, e-mail and other contact details or business requirements. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties without your consent except where it is necessary to carry out your instructions (e.g. to put you in touch with our Banking or Marketing Partners or other authorised third parties) or where required by law.

Subject access request

You can find out if we hold any personal information by making a “subject access request” under the DPA. Under the DPA, if we hold any of your personal information, you are entitled to ask us to tell you what that information is; why we are holding it, how it could be disclosed and let you have a copy of that information. To make a request to CSA Group for any personal information we may hold you need to put the request in writing addressing it the Data Controller, Legal & Compliance Team (Subject Access Request), at CSA Group registered office.
